Травматическое горе: история возникновения понятия и его основное содержание

Введение. Многие актуальные социально-политические вызовы современности потенциально могут нести в себе травматический опыт, сопряженный с переживанием утраты, что отражается в феномене травматического горя (ТГ). Однако в отечественной психологической науке этот феномен еще не стал предметом пристального изучения. Цель статьи — концептуализировать понятие травматического горя, проследив историю его возникновения и обозначив специфические отличия от осложненного горя.
Материалы и методы: теоретический анализ зарубежной литературы за 1999–2025 гг., представленной в электронной базе данных PubMed по ключевому слову «traumatic grief».
Результаты исследования. Появление термина «травматическое горе» в 1999 г. изначально было связано с попыткой уточнения осложненного горя, а не определения отдельного конструкта, что, с одной стороны, обнаружило лакуну в изучении горя, а с другой – во многом затруднило понимание данного феномена. Это определило два основных трека в концептуализации ТГ: 1) как синонима осложненного горя (длительного расстройства горя) и 2) как самостоятельного конструкта. На данный момент можно констатировать, что в связи с принятием медицинским сообществом МКБ-11 и DSM-5-TR исследования ТГ, выполненные в рамках первого трека, будут неактуальными, несмотря на сохраняющуюся от раннего периода концептуализации терминологию, присутствующую, по большей части, в диагностических методиках. ТГ как самостоятельный конструкт понимается на данном этапе изучения как состояние, которое возникает в результате травматической смерти близкого человека и включает в себя симптомы, похожие на ПТСР. Этот концепт активно развивается также в рамках детской психотравматологии, описывая переживания детей, чьи близкие умирают при субъективно или объективно травмирующих обстоятельствах. Принципиальным отличием травматического горя является его триггер — переживание страха, связанного со смертью близкого человека, что затрудняет выполнение горюющим задач примирения с утратой, так как воспоминание об умершем служит напоминанием о травме.
Заключение. Несмотря на то, что исследования ТГ, выполненные в парадигме самостоятельного конструкта, пока немногочисленны и имеют качественную модель, они отражают имеющийся интерес специалистов к переживанию травмы и горя, особенно в случаях массовых травматических событий, что создает базу для продолжения работы в этом направлении.
