Charter of the Journal

The Editorial Charter of the online periodical “Izvestia: Herzen University Journal of Humanities & Sciences” was adopted at a general meeting of staff members of the editorial office and approved by Prof. S. V. Tarasov, Rector of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, on 27 July 2026.
